Membership Application - Corporate

Please complete the application form below if you would like to become a corporate members of the Institute of Plumbing Inspectors QLD Inc.

Fees

Corporate membership application fee - $30.00
Annual membership fees
Corporate 5 (1-5 Members) - $440.00
Corporate 10 (6-10 Members) - $880.00
Corporate 15 (11-15 Members) - $1,320.00
Corporate 20 (16-20 Members) - $1,760.00
Corporate 20+ - $2,200.00

Kindly be informed that upon receiving your application, one of our amiable team members will promptly contact you to verify any additional information that may be required and provide you with a tax invoice for payment.
You may settle your account through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Credit Card.
