The QBCC is reviewing its Customer Contact Centres (CCCs) service provision and has asked if IPIQ members have any feedback about QBCC’s CCCs.  They have asked if feedback could be provided by COB Wednesday, 28 September 2016.


Specifically, the QBCC would be interested in your views about:

1) Customer counter experience

2) Telephone contact experience

3) After 6pm telephone contact experience
