Some Local Government bodies are restricting the amount of money spent on and time available for Professional Development.  Is this a problem at your local government authority?  If so please fill out the survey below so we can determine how widespread this problem is.  If this turns out to be a significant problem the IPIQ will write to the CEO's of each council concerned explaining the importance of keeping up to day with ever changing legislation and encouraging them to support their employees to be well informed on current issues.
